1. Order Shipment & Shipping Fee

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2–7 working days after payment is confirmed. Shipments are unavailable on weekends and official public holidays.

Shipping fee is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected delivery region and parcel information. No manual quotation is required.

2. Custom Order Lead Time

We provide jade inlay, cord braiding and personalized customization services. Custom orders require 14–30 working days for production and shipment.

3. Delivery Time

  • Asian regions: 2–7 working days after shipment
  • All other global regions: 7–14 working days after shipment

Actual delivery time may be affected by local customs clearance procedures and regional logistics scheduling.

4. Delivery Requirements

Please fill in a complete and accurate street address, postal code, valid phone number and email address. We do not support PO Box delivery.

Please keep your contact information accessible during transit to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery.

5. Optional Shipping Insurance

Standard shipping fee does not include cargo insurance. If you need full-value protection for high-value jade items, please contact customer service to purchase shipping insurance before checkout.

6. Shipping Terms

6.1 Import Tax & Duties

All import duties, taxes and clearance fees incurred by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

6.2 Package Safety & After-sales Assistance

All jade items are professionally packed with shockproof and moisture-proof materials before shipment to ensure transportation safety.

In case of parcel loss or damage during transit, buyers are required to provide complete unboxing video evidence. Our team will fully assist customers in communicating, following up and filing claims with the logistics provider.

6.3 Non-refundable Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances of refund, return or exchange.

6.4 Remote Area Surcharge

Certain remote addresses may incur additional remote delivery surcharges. We will confirm with the buyer in advance if extra fees apply.

本店支持翡翠镶嵌、挂绳编织及个性化定制服务。定制订单制作周期较长，整体完工及发货时效为 14–30 个工作日。

3. 配送时效

  • 亚洲地区：发货后 2–7 个工作日送达
  • 全球其余地区：发货后 7–14 个工作日送达

最终配送时效受目的地清关进度及当地物流调度影响。

4. 收件规范

请填写完整有效的街道地址、邮编、联系电话及邮箱。本店不支持邮政信箱收件。

运输期间请保持联系方式畅通，以便配合清关及派送。

5. 物流保价服务

基础运费不含物流保价。高价值翡翠如需全额货品保障，可联系客服额外购买运输保险。

6. 配送通用条款

6.1 关税与税费

目的地国家产生的所有进口关税、税费及清关费用均由买家自行承担。

6.2 运输破损与遗失处理

本店所有翡翠在发货前均经过防震、防潮专业加固包装。

若运输途中出现遗失或破损情况，顾客需提供完整开箱视频作为凭证。本店将全力协助买家对接物流并跟进理赔流程。

6.3 运费不退原则

订单发生退款、退货或换货时，已经产生的运费不予退还。

6.4 偏远地区附加费

部分偏远地区会产生物流偏远附加费。如有额外费用，本店将提前与买家确认。
