1. Customer Information and Website Use
You must provide complete and accurate contact, billing and delivery information when placing an order. You may not use this website for fraud, illegal transactions, harassment, unauthorized payment disputes or other unlawful activities.
2. Product Information
Our products are natural Grade A Guatemalan jadeite unless otherwise clearly stated on the relevant product page. Natural stone veins, cotton-like inclusions, color roots, mineral spots and variations in color or texture are natural characteristics of jadeite and are not manufacturing defects.
Product photos and videos are taken from the actual items without heavy beauty filters. Reasonable differences may occur because of lighting, screens, photography, manual measurement and hand carving. Material differences in confirmed specifications will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Orders, Prices and Payments
Orders will be prepared after full payment has been confirmed. We accept only the authorized payment methods offered through our website. We are not responsible for risks arising from private payments made outside our authorized checkout process.
Prices are confirmed when an order is placed. Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us, subsequent promotions or price changes do not apply retroactively to completed orders.
4. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping, customs, delivery, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. These policies form part of these Terms of Service.
5. Intellectual Property
Website content owned or licensed by Ruicy Jade, including original photographs, text, logos and jade carving designs, may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially used without prior written permission.
6. Care and Limitation of Liability
Jadeite is a natural material that may crack or break if dropped, struck or improperly worn. We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery by collision, dropping, misuse, unauthorized alteration, improper storage or failure to follow reasonable care instructions.
Claims involving an incorrect item, transit damage or a verified product issue will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, customs inspections, port closures, carrier interruption or government restrictions. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms apply from the date they are published and do not retroactively change the terms governing an order already placed, unless required by law.
8. Disputes and Applicable Rights
We encourage customers to contact us first so that disputes can be resolved through good-faith communication. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller, without excluding any mandatory consumer rights provided by the laws applicable to the customer.

2. 商品信息
除相关商品页面另有明确说明外，本店商品均为天然 A 货危地马拉翡翠。天然石纹、棉絮、色根、矿点，以及颜色和纹理差异均属于翡翠的天然特征，不属于生产质量问题。
商品照片及视频均以实物拍摄，无重度美颜滤镜。因灯光、屏幕、拍摄环境、手工测量及手工雕刻产生的合理差异不属于商品缺陷。经确认的商品规格如存在重大差异，将按照《退货、换货与退款政策》处理。
3. 订单、价格及付款
订单将在全额付款确认后安排备货。本店仅接受网站结账页面提供的正规付款方式。通过非官方渠道进行的私下付款，其相关风险由付款人自行承担。
商品价格以下单时确认的价格为准。除适用法律另有规定或本店另行明确同意外，后续促销或价格调整不追溯适用于已经完成的订单。
4. 配送、退换货及退款
有关配送、关税、收货、退货、换货及退款的具体规则，以本店《配送政策》及《退货、换货与退款政策》为准，上述政策构成本服务条款的一部分。
5. 知识产权
瑞禧翡翠拥有或经授权使用的网站内容，包括原创照片、文字、品牌标识及玉雕设计。未经事先书面许可，不得复制、转载、重新发布或用于商业用途。
6. 商品养护及责任限制
翡翠属于天然材质，受到碰撞、摔落或不当佩戴时可能出现裂纹或破损。商品交付后，因碰撞、摔落、使用不当、擅自改动、保存不当或未遵循合理养护要求造成的损坏，本店不承担责任。
错发商品、运输破损或经核实存在商品问题的情况，将按照本店《退货、换货与退款政策》处理。
因自然灾害、海关检查、口岸关闭、物流中断或政府限制等超出本店合理控制范围的事件造成延误，本店不承担相应延误责任，但依法不得排除的消费者权利不受影响。
7. 条款更新
本店可能不时更新本服务条款。更新后的条款自发布之日起适用，但除法律另有要求外，不会追溯改变顾客已经提交订单时适用的条款。
